I have been using the PD tool for over 5 years and being a management development and corporate trainer for over 10 years, I have found this particular assessment tool to be the 'assessment of choice' amongst our facilitation team and, more importantly, our clients. I had the pleasure of attending a workshop to become certified as a facilitator in Personality Dimensions in January 2008. With Scott Campbell at the helm, the group spent 3 days searching our true selves, and learned to become more understanding of ourselves and others through exploration of a person’s temperament. I have now conducted 2 workshops on Personality Dimensions, and the buzz in the halls at the office is exciting. It has been interesting to hear my colleagues talking about their colours and that they now understand why some of their peers do the things they do. I hear them talking about how to approach team members in a more positive way. It is most satisfying to be part of a program that energizes others and creates respect within the team.
